Looking to add some Thanksgiving math activities to your middle school math class?

Perfect for November and the autumn season, these activities can be used for regular lessons, spiral review, or even sub plans. There are resources in digital and print formats. Seriously…give them a try!

My students absolutely LOVE these digital Google Sheets Pixel Art activities.
Students solve the problems and incrementally unlock a fall-themed picture like a Turkey, autumn leaves, or pumpkins. The activities have multiple levels, which you can assign on different or together all at once.
Why do I love this?
Self-grading activities gives me the flexibility to walk around the room to support targeted students!
Students get instant feedback on what problems they’re getting right and wrong. The answers turn green for correct answer with mystery pixels appearing. The answers turn red for incorrect answers, signaling they need to redo the problem.
It works so well that I've started using them as sub plans and the substitute teachers absolute love these.
