Statistical Questions, Categorical Numerical, Distribution Shapes Pixel Art

This statistics resource contains 3 pixel art activities with 34 questions total to practice identifying statistical vs. non-statistical questions, categorical vs. numerical data, and shapes of distribution. Level 1 involves identifying statistical vs. non-statistical questions. Level 2 involves identifying categorical vs. numerical data. Level 3 involves identifying shapes of distribution (symmetrical, right skewed, left skewed, uniform & symmetrical) and finding the appropriate measure of center (mean or median) depending on distribution shapes.

These self-checking Google Sheets give students instant feedback. Incorrect answers are highlighted in red, and correct answers turn green and unlock parts of a mystery picture. They’re easy to assign, keep students engaged, and free up your time for differentiation.
